What we collect and why

When you contact us. Through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, organization and message. We use this to reply to you and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal.

When you introduce yourself. Through our Introduce Yourself form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, message and the CV you upload. We use this only to consider you for current and future positions at Paragon.

When you visit this site. We use a cookie to remember your cookie choices. If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect information about how the site is used, such as the pages you view and your browser and device type. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Who sees your data

Your data is seen only by the Paragon team members who need it to respond to you, including staff at our regional offices. We also use service providers who process data on our behalf:

  • Website hosting: Start Now, Israel
  • Website analytics: Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies

We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

This website is hosted in Israel, which the European Commission has recognized as providing an adequate level of data protection. Our team works from offices in several countries, so your inquiry may be handled outside the country where you live. We protect it in line with GDPR and POPIA wherever it is handled. If you accept analytics cookies, analytics data may be processed in the United States.

How long we keep it

  • Contact form inquiries: up to 2 years after our last contact with you
  • CVs and applications: 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner
  • Cookie consent records: 60 months

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send it to you in a portable format. You can object to or restrict how we use it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time where we rely on consent. To do any of these, email [email protected].

If you are not happy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to your national data protection authority in the EU/EEA, or to South Africa’s Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.
